Experience

Linda is an International Tax and M&A Director at BDO, boasting 18 years of tax expertise. She embarked on her tax career at KPMG and later joined Deloitte South Africa. Her professional journey also led her to head of tax roles in Botswana and Zambia, where she gained valuable insights into their respective tax landscapes.

She specialises in assisting multi-national corporations with a wide variety of tax matters. She has experience in financing schemes, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and structuring of inbound and outbound investments, performing and co-ordinating due diligence and health check reviews on medium and large entities in South Africa and Africa.

Linda has extensive experience in project managing large scale assignments into Africa ranging from centrally coordinated compliance or advisory services.
