Experience

Stephan is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), Registered Auditor with the Independent Regulatory Board  of Auditors (IRBA), registered Tax Practitioner with SARS and an accredited JSE (Johannesburg Stock Exchange) Auditor.

Stephan has been in the accounting & auditing industry (public practice) since 1998 and has a wide range of accounting/tax/auditing/consulting experience on small owner managed business, big medium sized family business, as well as JSE listed entities (Johannesburg Stock Exchange).

He has also performed audits for subsidiaries which are operating in South Africa for their respective holding companies which are listed or incorporated in the EU and UK.

Stephan’s skills set & experience allows him to be a business advisor to owner-managed businesses and SME’s, but also being comfortable with being the auditor of listed and/or subsidiary entities of listed holding companies, always bringing a commercial mind-set to his clients’ business coupled with the technical know-how, coordinating and managing the outsourcing of a business’ full financial & HR function be it locally or cross-border outsourcing services.
